Warranty and Returns Policy

At Victor Stewart Enterprises, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and fair returns policy in line with UK consumer law.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items. You do not need to provide a reason. Please note this does not apply for custom made regalia.

To return your item, please complete and enclose our Returns Form

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty
  • The completed Returns Form must be included
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions above.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item was sent in error or is confirmed faulty.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer an exchange for unused items returned within 14 days.

Please note:

  • Postage fees will apply for the new item
  • Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item and completed form have been received

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please complete the Returns Form and return it along with the item.
If the fault is confirmed:

  • A full refund or replacement will be issued
  • We will cover your return postage costs for UK orders

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are welcome to return eligible items within the same 14-day timeframe.

Please note:

  • All return postage costs and any customs duties or charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked international service

How to Return an Item

  1. Request our Returns Form via email
  2. Repackage your item securely
  3. Include the completed form inside your parcel
  4. Post the parcel to:
