Making a Purchase
Ordering is easy. Simply browse our online store, add the items you wish to purchase to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to provide essential details so we can process your order efficiently.
We accept the following payment methods:

- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
If you are ordering from outside the UK, your card provider will convert the amount into your local currency.
Pricing & Tax
All prices displayed on our website include VAT (where applicable). Prices may be subject to change without notice, but once an order is confirmed, the price is fixed.
Order Confirmation & Processing
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 working days; however, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Some specialist or custom items may take up to 14-21 days as they are made to order, and we’ll notify you by email if there’s any delay.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on the weight and size of your order.
UK Orders:
- Shipped via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked or Courier Service.
International Orders:
- Sent using a tracked and signed-for service.

Back Orders
If an item is not currently in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will be contacted with the option to wait, cancel, or amend your order.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. If you choose to cancel, please return the goods to us in their original condition. Once received, we will issue a refund (excluding delivery charges) within 14 days. Please note this does not apply for custom made regalia.

All payment information is securely encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. We do not store your payment details once your order has been completed.
